I booked a return flight from London to Athens via BudgetAir. The outbound flight went smoothly, but when we went to the airport to check in for the return flight, we were told by the airliner that we were not booked for the flight!! Our reservations were simply not there and our names were not on the passenger list! The flight was gone and we had to look for another flight. I have never experienced anything like this in my life..BudgetAir customer service is simply non-existent. They do not have a contact number. I managed to chat with someone online, but they were extremely unhelpful and refuse to take any responsibility. They were keep I siting that our booking was done correctly, even though the airliner had nothing in their system. I will keep chasing them, but honestly they seem professional fraudsters, so I don’t see getting anywhere with them.Just do your self a favour and stay away!
