Thieves, basically. I paid a deposit for a price freeze and when I tried to book all I got was an error message. I tried 21 times to book, with different payment methods and each time the error was the same. Agoda refuse to believe it is their website at fault, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary and so refuse to refund my £80. It is theft and a scam.
