This is a scam. They’ll take your uploaded and authentic tickets and then claim your order isn’t fulfilled while also charging (!) you a fee for failing to upload the tickets you just uploaded. The order I “failed” to fulfill doesn’t even match the orders I had. When contacting their support, they’ll reply with a template about 17 times referring to their FAQ. Can’t think of a worse experience. Horrible. The company has been reported to several anti-scam agencies.
