I have found out their previous website domain ‘sillybloom’ has been shut down, and they have been running with a new website domain getbloombeauty. All the most recent reviews display people holding a very popular Korean-made KAHI branded product, while they deliver a YAMILEN Chinese-branded cheap product that is sold online for £2 (While they charge us £28 for one stick).Upon contacting customer service, Peter responds with a link from their affiliated website ‘stepskincare’, with a false article claiming the KAHI brand was acquired by Yailen, another company, which is why the delivered product is from a completely different brand originating from China, and not Korea. They have since stopped responding to my email asking for a refund and questioning why they ‘rebranded’ while the latest reviews still show users holding a KAHI stick. Blatant fraud and scam. Report them.
