This exchange has changed in the last year or so. I cannot speak to a live person via chat (and the ‘chat bot’ is absolutely hopeless). There is now a ‘lifetime withdrawal limit’, which means that once you go over this limit you cannot ever withdraw anymore coins unless you go through a higher level of KYC (which then raises the ‘lifetime withdrawal limit’ but it still applies)! I have NEVER come across this on any other exchange before and is so intrusive I don’t know what gives them the right to set limits on users withdrawing their own funds (what absolute arrogance)! Lastly, the withdrawal fees are absolutely DISGUSTING! A coin which would normally cost just $0.49 to withdraw on Gate.IO or KuCoin is priced at $9.50 to withdraw on Okx! This is on a blockchain with virtually ZERO on chain transfer fees…What a rip off! I won’t be using Okx anymore and if you want my advice I would stay WELL AWAY as this pack of scammers are going to crash and go bankrupt as soon as the crypto market gets its next shock event and then you will lose all your funds. Get everything off of here NOW!
