I am a currant tenant with Bungalow and they are an absolute scam – will find any and every way to charge you, and are unable to provide invoices for maintenance charges because it was “in house.” Not sure how they cannot generate an invoice detailing services performed. On top of that, they increased the rent on the property and required us to resign without informing the owners of the property that they were doing this. NO transparency on either side.
