I am not the huge fans of Agoda , but the day on 10 august 2023 we visit turkey so we search some hotel , so we saw Agoda post the taksim palace hotel and the picture was ok is normal hotel . So we booked it and there no refund which is fine . We cannot believed when we arrive the hotel is very worst than the Agoda post . I cannot believe Agoda allow the customer list this kind scammed hotel in the Agoda website . To who using Agoda need to Becareful .
