I have never signed up to this company yet have had 2 payments of £15 taken illegally from my account,I don’t know how they got my account details,I do NOT have an account with them,when I called them they did NOT have an account in my name so how the hell have they got my bank card details ? This is now in the hands of the fraud team at Santander.Also when I rang them and asked to speak to a senior supervisor the girl cut me off.
