SCAM DEFINITELY. This company deserves negative-star reviews and needs to be shut down. I ordered $275 worth of clothing that took over a month to finally be shipped, and what arrived, as others described, was HORRIBLE quality. I reached out to their customer service to initiate a return 5 different times with no response. I contacted PayPal to dispute the purchase for this reason and PayPal has sided with the merchant every single time because they state that the clothing has not been returned to them.If you check the return policy, it clearly states that you need to contact Mccoyn to authorize the return and they’ll send a shipping label, which they didn’t. But they miraculously respond to PayPal’s inquiries regarding the dispute. Will not answer me at all. For this reason I also have an issue with PayPal because there’s zero protection for the customer, and as I’ve seen, will support scamming merchants and leave customers high and dry. Both Mccoyn and PayPal will never get my business again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
