I subscribed for the 6 month program and 6 hours later decided it was not for me. I tried to cancel and get a refund but was flatly refused. This is not good. It feels like a buyer beware type of business. I don’t know of any business of this type that conducts itself this way. Although they list Raleigh, NC as their headquarters, the phone number is out of Colorado and it seems that they are actually of the UK. You would think that an honest business would give you at least a 24 hour window to cancel with refund. There are too many other good programs out there that operate with more integrity. Noom is a good one.After reading all the reviews, I actually decided to contact my bank and report fraud, but it was too late to stop the draft through Paypal. I had to take extraordinary steps to stop this dishonest company from taking additional drafts in the future. I will also report to BBB and any other organizations to help warn others.
