I did not book knowingly through this website. There are no valid telephone numbers to contact the company. The e-mails are returned from a delivery system. If you contact the hotel they have no number either as they get their money through an intermediary who as a customer will not talk to me as I did not book with them. If you cancel you are charged £299.25. If you do not turn up your card is charged. I am currently raising a dispute but will cancel my credit card. Total Scam
