Booked airport drop off in Bali. I messaged ahead of time to change my pickup time at the airport to 30 minutes earlier. Klook support kept mentioning that the operator would monitor ‘plane arrival time’ and ‘driver would wait for you at the airport’ so I had to tell them three times that it was airport drop off, not pick up until they finally got it and checked again. They even sent me a screenshot of my booking with the pickup location at hotel and somehow still got it wrong. Finally they asssured that the car would arrive at my changed time. In the end the car never showed up, I wasted my time messaging customer service and looking for alternative transport. Sent them the photos confirming that the car did not show up at the past original booking time not even the changed time, they said they would investigate about my refund and answer within 48 hours. Of course there’s no follow up email, tried contacting through the live chat and nothing, no answer. It is a scam.
