They are SCAMMERS. We turned up to caravan site no one turned up. After 5 hours of trying to get in contact with booking.com to get another accommodation then had to argue for a refund which we now have to wait 7-12 days for. Which meant we could not book somewhere else ended up coming home. 😡😡😡
