I book 3 tickets via bookcheaptrip.com on Friday 28th July and received an email with booking numbers and confirmation. The email also indicated that a separate email will be sent with the e-tickets once the payment has been deducted. I received no email but i tried several times to reach them by telephone since their customer service email came back that the address did not exist. Each time you go into their site, it is a different contact number, however i eventually got an answer only to be told that the booking was not confirmed and the cost of the ticket was 3 times the price they had it for. Poor poor poor… Scam!!!
