This is an update on my first review! I have contacted them numerous times but they totally ignore me. They come up with order numbers that are completely made up since I NEVER received confirmation that I had requested an order. As mentioned by several other reviewers, I do not understand what I am supposed to be paying for??? What renewal are they talking about? I never received ANY RESULTS at any time, never mind paying for $110.00 renewal fee!Just to tell everyone, beware of this fake company! Total SCAM
