By far the WORST customer service I have ever had. Be warned, their misleading cancellation insurance feels like a scam – even with the “insurance” that states: “We get it, plans change, your trip is protected!” it is virtually impossible to cancel or rebook. Their business model appears to count on online robots, unreturned phone calls and inexperienced workers in call centres who don’t have the authority to make any decisions (we were literally on hold for 3.5 hours yesterday to be told there was nothing they could do,) I will never even click on their website again. TERRIBLE.
