I am a shop owner and have left Etsy multiple messages regarding 2 reviews. The customer altered 2 pieces of jewelry by pulling the pearls apart, cropping the lower part of the necklace and then saying in their 2 reviews that one was to short. They also used a fictitious shipping name of a princess born in 1776, and the shipping was to Austria. I found out that the person is a competitor! I guess shops being sabotaged by scammers isn’t a concern of Etsy’s, do to that fact they aren’t the ones being scammed!
