Had shopped etsy for years, no more. There is no customer service, they allow fraudulent sellers and if you happen to make a purchase from the fraudulent sellers on etsy, etsy has zero help for customers, even after you send seller emails and the site tells you that you can file a claim 48 hrs later…that is a flat out lie!! DO NOT SHOP ON ETSY UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING RIPPED OFF!!
