where can I choose ZERO?? false advertising, its been twice and zero service on their chat! booked what was advertised as a private room and end up in something completely different. Tried to contact them thru their “support chat”, useless, they keep you in loop and end the chat when you try to speak with an agent… the hotel explained that this is common with Agoda as they buy in bulk bed space and remarket them as “private room” and there’s nothing the hotel can do about it.. talk about a scam
