My husband ordered the car sunshade with pictures of our dogs in early July. He got an email stating that it had arrived at USPS. We still never got anything. He has emailed several times and received completely blank emails back. The original email that said it arrived at USPS told us we had to track it on the Shop app. When we did this, it first told us it had been delivered “2 hours ago” but nothing was delivered. Now it says we don’t have an order. We will be visiting USPS tomorrow to see if they can find it. Otherwise, we will be contacting our credit card for a chargeback as this company appears to be a scam. Interesting that the review below mine had an almost identical experience this past month.
