The absolute worst customer service and scam. They advertise their brand as being an easy and simple way to access medications and it’s the opposite. The amount of calls between my insurance, pharmacy and nurx is unacceptable. I paid $40 for a consultation months ago and I still don’t have my prescription. I’d much rather have gone in person to a doctor at this point.
