I booked a hostel last March for my September trip to Hong Kong, but I received a call earlier today that the hostel will not be available on the date of my check-in, so they offered me to find another properties to stay. But there’s still no available, so they offered a refund and a gift cheque and cancel my bookings. But sadly I still not receive the refund, and the so called Gift cheque is truly a scam
