I was informed, that in order to be transferred to the specialist I need to pay 10 krona. I have provided the card details and they have charged me 10 krona + 266 krona for a membership (this charge was not mentioned beforehand anywhere)! I have contacted their customer support and they refused to refund my money. Be careful, it is a fraud!
