Please avoid this company at all cost. I booked a flight with them to leave the following day. They charged me £900 over the phone and said they will send the confirmation. The next day as I’m supposed to leave to the airport I chase up my itinerary and am told that there was a mistake in the booking due to his colleague being at fault. After seeing other reviews you can see that they do this to a lot of people. I booked my flight with a different agent & Budget Air offered me a full refund within 24 hours and said they will cover my travel with the new ticket in both countries. I never received the travel. When I came back from my trip after 10 days, still no refund. They then began ignoring all my emails and then stopped answering my calls. I called from an unknown number and they answered. Half way through “checking” the progress of refund the Indian on the other line hung up the call. This is a disgusting practise done by these type of people. They are preying on people and scamming the innocent off hard earned money. They are sitting in india or london somewhere thinking they’re achieving something.
