Do not use Bravofly! They seem legit but they are not! It was one of the options on Skyscanner, and I booked through them without checking the reviews. A big mistake! They lure you with a slightly better rate and then in the process of booking add extra fees and non-refundable insurance just before the checkout. There is no immediate confirmation, and while you wait, it’s impossible to cancel the order because there is no real customer service. Other bogus travel agencies use the same scheme, it’s a pity I realized it too late. In the end, you get the tickets (+500$ in extra fees that they just pocket), so your bank can’t claim it’s a scam. They are evil people who capitalize on customer trust that good businesses have created over the years. Wouldn’t be surprised that whoever is behind this, doesn’t even know what it means.
