It started out kind of feeling like this was a scam. The first lawyer I got was asking me basically to re-tell everything I just filled out on-line about my issue. I was wondering if I’m chatting with a AI-bot. I was given a new lawyer and she was great. Actually reviewed my issue before contacting me and was able to give advice, guidance, and locally relevant resources pertaining to my problem, without me having to retype the whole thing over again. Very satisfied with the service. I feel it’s a great value for the price. Saves a lot of time, frustration and anxiety.
