Very very poor customer services. Had to cancel a flight immediately after booking and tried to do so with their chat bot (who reassured me that the flight is cancelled). Turns out the flight wasn’t cancelled and I was still charged the full ticket price. They still had to audacity to charge me a skyhigh middleman transaction fee. Scam of a website.Update as of 22 Jul 2023: customer service of CheapOair reached out to me and offered to refund me the platform fees for my experience. I’m grateful for that although the overall experience was still quite traumatic.
