Where’s my money/refund??Pathetic!Booked a car through Klook.com.Messaged Klook and have had no response.Would be -1 instead of one if I could leave that.I tried to collect the car on the 24th July 2023 and was scammed by OK Mobality. They would not accept my apple pay accounts to pay the 1400 euros deposit for damage although my booking stated I already had insurance.They would however accept my appple pay for a 350 Euro charge that they would not refund… SCAMThe car was already paid for and Insurance was included on my pre booking!I was willing to pay for the extra just to get us going but they wouldn’t accept my apple pay with cards on.Instead the offered me the option to pay with apple pay and pay 350 euros instead which would not be returned.I then had to pay 65 euros to get a taxi to the hotel and I still do not have a car on my holiday.
