I was drawn in by their claim that for just $5 I could get expert advice for a problem with my refrigerator. I had already looked for threads for my issue so I already knew some of the routine responses from online sites. JustAnswer basically read from a script and gave me the same information I could get from anywhere on the web. Then two minutes after the initial $5 charge they hit me with an additional $40 charge. I cancelled immediately and disputed the charge with my credit card company. I don’t leave many reviews but the way this company operates I felt compelled to share so perhaps others would not be scammed.
