Total scammers! I will never purchase plane tickets through a 3rd party ever again. This particular company decided to reimburse themselves and changed my email address so I would not get notifications which I later found out through the direct airline I was flying. I purchased 3 plane tickets for a family vacation and when I showed up at the airport my reservation was no longer available even though I had paid. They said I had a balance due and I nearly missed my flight and had to pay the difference that go to gate reimbursed themselves! Horrible experience to say the least and have learned my lesson to book directly through airlines moving forward.
