The backup care program is a scam. They “confirm care” that isn’t confirmed only to be canceled at the last minute every time. Then they try to charge you a fee when you cancel because the backup care is unresponsive. We have tried using them for the last 6 months and am conceived they are worse than trying to cancel cable.
