I subscribed on the 5th July and got billed an unexpected USD 14.59 in addition to the 6 months fee. Cancelled the subscription on 28th July when I found out about the wrongful direct withdrawal and got billed another (!!!) USD 14.59 on 4th August despite the cancellation!!! The customer care says there are delays in response time – this is quite worrying and have had to reach out to my bank to ensure that amounts would no longer be billed. Total scam – would not recommend and will never sign up again. I will also make sure that this review is posted on every possible review
