Unable to cancel subscription business being ran like a scam, telling me I need to pay for my next pair before I can cancel my subscription. Just do the right thing and give us an option to cancel, its not difficult just comes across proper scummy when you refuse to cancel someone’s subscription unless they have made a further purchase.
