I am giving a 2 star because the gentleman that answered my questions was GREAT! In fact I sent $10 to him. However the company itself is not. I was informed online to verify myself and get my question to an expert it would be a $5 REFUNDABLE charge so ok. Nope…so wrong. I was charged the $5 then without notice put into a $40 a month membership which I do not want nor need. I called to cancel and the girl I could barely understand said “sorry you were misinformed online” and there would be no refund. SCAM online does not inform you correctly at all.
