If I could, I would give 0 stars! First and LAST time ordering from dhgate. Scammers, fraudsters, con artists, the WHOLE COMPANY! I honestly wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company. Bought an item, I received something that did not even resemble my item in the slightest!!! Was then offered a full refund at 3am. By 10am, the refund was withdrawn for no reason whatsoever. I have attempted to go through my bank for a refund but have been unsuccessful so I will be escalating it further to FOS because dhgate will not take my money! The worst part is the actual shop owner knew they were in the wrong as they were calling and begging to send me a replacement and that they’ll send me the proper one unfortunately it was over the phone so now evidence! But if you know you messed up, own up and give me my money, all of it not less than half of it, ridiculous! I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business, this website should have been shut down by now nothing but con artistsOrder number is 3574244905 and they say they offer a free refund within 7 days but its all lies! BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY!
