MASSIVE FRAUD!!!! STAY AWAY! I’m a business owner, and I would never underestimate a negative review.I rented an office space in Budapest back in October and November.I upgraded to a new office and a better location.They ended up charging me for both. And I was working in the last 2-3 weeks to get that solved with them and to cancel one of the invoices. showed clear communication and correspondence with the sales team from when I upgraded as a proof.Our agreement ended November 30Today I got emails from them and they CHARGED MY CARD FOR AROUND $4000 for JANUARY – MARCH!! UNDER NO AGREEMENT. Massive fraud, working Visa to file a chargeback and pursue legal action.Stay awayUPDATE January 25th – They corrected their mistake and refunded all the funds. Still – a very bad experience, with inefficient customer support, slow response time and the only thing that made them move was when I disputed the payment with a chargeback with my bank. I would never recommend them to anyone.
