Today I was contacted by the debt collectors due to an “unpaid balance” to the Eharmony. I signed up for a 6 months subscription to the Eharmony a few months ago. I used it for about 2 weeks unsuccessfully. Then I couldn’t log in (nor did I want to). The phone number I found online for Eharmony didn’t exist and I could never contact them and resolve the issue. Today, months later I received an email from an RFGI debt collector saying that I owe them money. I am outraged! Do not ever use the Ehamony services. They are a scam!
