Ordered flowers for a mother that lost her child. Immediately my order was cancelled and now it has been over 20 days and no refund. just keep getting the same BS email from Cathleen Kaur (Customer “happiness” manager) saying that they are “looking into it”. I can see from the reviews this is a trend. DO NOT believe any of the good reviews – they are fake. Ill be filing fraud/scam complaints with the Attorney Generals office, Federal Trade Commission, BBB and usa.gov – I suggest everyone being taken advantage of do the same
