I wanted to deposit funds into my XM account via Bitcoin network. They provided me with BTC address to send funds to, I made two payment ( $2000 + $368.94), but only $2000 reflected into my account. They have asked me for proofs, To & from address, Hash ID, date and time. Everything provided. They still come back to me and and for the same day. They also mention that I should receive a refund link, a week later, nothing received and still fighting for my funds. XM, are you a scam?My MT5 ID is: 90219637.
