I think this company is an internet scam.They took my money and didn’t offer the service paid for so they gave me a lower service which I didn’t need or want.Its impossible to get a refund, you can only talk to their call centre agents who can’t help and can’t transfer you to a supervisor or manager. I dealt with them for 3 months just to get the wrong documents and almost lost my scholarship to college, eventually used Spantran that did everything hassle free in 3 days for half the price.DO NOT USE WES you will lose your money, your sanity and will miss cut off dates with the university.
