Iv requested for a full refund as the trainers I orderd are not true to measure. The trainers are way too big for me and they are NOT a Uk size 8. Iv uploaded evidence of this too for proof showing a UK foot measure. They’re more like a UK size 11.I wanted to send them back and have a full refund but they are offering me €0.01 refund for them ?? The mediation team has automatically closed the case and are refusing to pay me my refund. Absolute scam artists !
