Same story. My order was cancelled immediately and they never refunded my $115. Fraud site. Must report to BBB. I reported to BBB and my credit card company on 7/26/23. Received an email from Cathleen Kaur, customer happiness manger on 7/26/23 regarding refund. But nothing yetThis is the email from Cathleen Kaur” I have personally gone in and issued a refund directly from the bank. Please see the attached refund receipt directly from the bank and please give it a day or two to show on your account.So sorry for the delay and I’m always here for you if you need me!”
