I emailed care.com to cancel subscription. They did not cancel it and I was not refunded because of thier “nonrefund” policy. I thought I had canceled my account afte rthe first month but it turned out I had been charged for the whole year. I know that they are not scammers, but they felt like scammers. I lost more money than I made and am a broke college student. The website is confusing and not userfriendly. If you want to babysit, don’t do it through care.com…
