Scam third party website. Book the Ramada hotel at Kent Washington through super.com. Hotel was advertised as 3 stars when it was really 1 star.when we looked to check in There was prostitutes and drug dealers living in the same building . I ask for a cancellation or refund and they still refused me . My life was in danger and I couldn’t believe they had the nerve to take my money and not even apologize. I was forwarded to a call center in Philippines that gave me the run around . Do not book here . Spend a little bit more and use Expedia or hotels.com
