I had an account with Neatcommerce that had no monthly fees, but after they were acquired by Rapyd, I lost access to my account, and contacting support was impossible without logging in. Their website doesn’t display fees, and any changes are cleverly hidden among mountains of text. Despite providing ample proof of their unjustified deductions totaling $396 while I couldn’t access my account, they blatantly refuse to issue a refund. It’s evident that this company is resorting to scamming customers just to stay afloat. Avoid Rapyd at all costs, as they are clearly engaging in deceitful practices and lack any sense of transparency or customer care.
