Don’t worry guys, it’s not a scam! They are just not 100% transparent in their communications, ie they don’t respond to your emails, but are quick to respond to online reviews with generic responses. I see other comments here and elsewhere saying they can’t cancel. I mean you can, but it’s not straight forward . After the free trial sample arrives after one week, then you can cancel, but be careful because they way the cancellation options are worded would probably get people to abort the cancellation process (and therefore still be active as a member, so pay close attention when cancelling on their site). If it doesn’t say inactive, keep trying.
