I placed an order for the Natural Pearl Necklace and earing set as I seem they advertised on Facebook in begining of July, I received the necklace and jewellery set but they don’t look like as what they advertised and they look very cheap and plastic, I started to realised it might be a scam so I requested to return and refund immediately , I sent them 5 emails but no response which I can confirmed they are not a genuine company. Please don’t waste your time and money to purchase from them. I wish I have done some reserach first before placing any order through Facebook advert. They use a different compay name to received your money which showed on my bank statement as velanajewelry.com.
