Do NOT use this website. My elderly father-in-law paid $10 for a computer question. Then they try and charge him $74 for a subscription. Thank God the bank flagged it. They have tried to charge in so many time that the bank blocked all purchases from his card and I have to get him a new one. How do you charge $10 then turn around and charge $74 for a subscription. We called the support number the bank gave us and we were told to go into the account and cancel the subscription but there is no way to get into his account. It just stays on the login page.
