This company pretends to be the hotel themselves, give quotes however when you pay they add an exorbitant amount of fees usually noted when it’s too late. I contacted them to cancel as the payment had gone through and they try and hide behind a no refunds policy even though the reservation is for 5 months time. This has added a negative feeling to what was meant to be our holiday of our lives. If I could give them 0 stars I would have, they are nothing but a scam pretending to be a reputable company, I have since found out there have been lawsuits against them for the same issues I have stated
