EDIT: After posting this review as a 1 star, I was contacted by both G2A and the seller in this case asking me to change my review for a full refund. Apparently the seller hadn’t seen any of my messages as ‘they were on vacation’. I’ve upped my review as I’ll be satisfied (once I see the money in my bank account) that this has been resolved. However, as I mentioned this is the second time I’ve had issues on here, so whilst there may be legitimate sellers, please do exercise caution.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Two out of 3 Xbox keys I’ve purchased don’t work. The G2a ‘refund process’ is appalling – they require you to report the issue to your local police and get a crime number!! Obviously, the police are not interested in talking a crime report, as it’s a commercial matter. Hence, you won’t get your refund. This is unheard of in the retail world, where statutory rights should apply when selling in the UK. Sellers also don’t respond to you when you message through the platform, leading me to believe multiple scam groups are using the website. Avoid at ALL costs.
